How do I use the Teeth Whitening Kit?

1. Gently brush teeth as normal
2. Take both batteries out of the WonderSmile LED Light, remove plastic and reinsert the batteries with the writing side facing up
3. Attach the mouth tray to the LED light
4. Open gel syringe and apply 1/4 of the gel to the top and 1/4 to the bottom of the mouth tray
5. Place in your mouth and gently bite down into the tray
6. Press the button and the LED should light up, the timer will switch the light off after 10 mins
7. Rinse mouth out with warm water
8. Enjoy you new WonderSmile!

Don’t forget to detach your mouth tray and rinse as well!

How does the Kit work?

How long will the results last?

Results will last anywhere between 2 weeks and 3 months depending on your diet and/or consumption of dark foods and drinks like alcohol and coffee. Applications every 2 weeks is recommended to maintain your results.

Will it make my teeth sensitive?

Can I use the kit with braces?

We recommend waiting until your braces are removed before starting out with our Teeth Whitening Kit, however if you are undergoing a treatment with WonderSmile aligners then you can use the kit when your aligners are off no problems.

What age do I need to be to use the kit?

Our Whitening Kit is suitable for ages 12 years and up. If you are under the age of 18 we advise parental consent before purchasing any WonderSmile products online.

Does the Kit whiten my caps or veneers?

No, our kit is for natural teeth only.

Does the Kit work on crooked teeth?

Of course! Our teeth whitening kit is still suitable for teeth of all shapes and sizes. To ensure proper coverage we recommend applying a small amount of gel directly to the teeth as well as the mouth tray before application. The mouth tray is flexible so it will accommodate lots of different smiles.

Can I share my kit with a friend or partner?

We advise not to share your WonderSmile LED light and mouth tray in the interests of hygiene. Gel refills can be shared, however as stated it’s best to stick to the whole course and apply as directed.

I have excess saliva when using the kit, what do I do?

This is completely normal, simply spit out any excess into the sink.

I can’t get my batteries out, what do I do?

If you are experiencing difficulties removing the batteries from the back of the LED Light, firmly tap it in the palm of your hand to dislodge them. .

What is the expiry date for my gels?

WonderSmile gel refills should be used within 24 months of opening.

What batteries does the LED light take?

The LED light takes 3V coin batteries (CR2450). These are easy to find, and most supermarkets, chemists and service stations will stock them.

My LED Light doesn’t work?

Ensure you have removed the plastic tab from under the batteries. Reinsert both batteries with the writing facing up and turn on.

Is the LED Light waterproof?

Unfortunately not, our LED Light is not waterproof. Please ensure you detach the mouth tray from the LED Light prior to rinsing
